The student branch of IEEE of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, organizes a series of seminars entitled “Machine Learning Class” with the speaker Dr. Antonis Chrisopoulos.

Specifically on Friday 4/11 at 18:00, in the General Assembly Hall of the Building D from the Polytechnic University of Thessaloniki will be an introductory speech for Machine Learning, language R and an overview on the format of the upcoming seminars.

The general format of the seminar schedule will have the following format:

08/11 18:00-20:00 Regression
15/11 18:00-20:00 Decision Trees
22/11 18:00-20:00 SVMs
29/11 18:00-20:00 Neural Networks
06/12 18:00-20:00 Genetic Algorithms

* The introductory speech will be open to all, while in the seminars the number of participants is limited.

* We suggest to attend all workshops, but it is possible just to attend only those that interests you.

* The workshops are hands-on, so participants are asked to come with their laptops.

* The workshops will take place in the General Assembly hall.
